ABOUT

I lead with values. If the work I am doing cannot reflect the principles that ground who I am, then the work itself loses meaning. Clarity, respect, responsibility, and care shape how I make decisions, how I collaborate, and how I measure progress.

I am interested in work that honors people as more than roles or outputs. Whether I am leading teams, teaching, writing, or making photographs, I care deeply about how the work is experienced by those involved, not just what it produces.

IN PRACTICE

My professional life spans leadership, technology, creative practice, and teaching. While these pursuits may appear distinct, they are connected by a shared attention to structure, timing, and human experience.

In my work with organizations, I focus on how strategy becomes lived reality. In my writing, I reflect on engagement, change, and the long view. In photography, I practice attention and presence. In the studio, I teach craft, discipline, and expression. Each informs the others. None stands alone.

Across nonprofit, higher education, and commercial contexts, I have learned that a nonprofit is a tax status, not a business model. Good work depends on clarity, trust, and thoughtful execution, regardless of sector. These fundamentals guide everything I do.

CONTINUITY & INVITATION

This site reflects an ongoing practice rather than a fixed identity. It brings together work, reflection, observation, and teaching as parallel ways of engaging with the world.

If any of this resonates, I invite you to explore further. Read, look, listen, and return as the work continues to evolve.
